CallSniper
Brand & Website
I designed CallSniper's identity and website for Trinsic Technologies. The product scores recorded sales and support calls against a scorecard, so I built the visual language around a crosshair and a call waveform.
Visit CallSniperCallSniper Identity
I gave the wordmark a sharp, angular shape and paired it with the red crosshair. That mark carries through the waveform artwork and the rest of the brand. Drag the crosshair to move through the signal.
Logo Development
I started by rebuilding the original mark as a clean vector, then worked through the crosshair and lettering. The final system gives CallSniper a complete set of lockups, with spacing and color rules that hold up across the website and printed work.

CallSniper Website
I designed and built the product site around the questions a call center manager brings to a demo. The homepage, product walkthrough and pricing page give them a clear route through the offer.
Call Review Interface
I designed the website to show how a recording becomes a transcript and a scored call. The walkthrough moves through the app interface I designed, from uploading a recording to reviewing its scorecard and reporting.

ROI Calculator
I built a calculator that lets a manager work through the cost of reviewing their calls. Changing the call volume or review cost updates the comparison, so they can try the numbers for their own operation.
Call Volume
91,250 calls each month
Included In The License
- 30,000 calls each month
- 500 GB audio storage
- 1 Mb bandwidth
Comparison Assumptions
Monthly Cost Scenario
per month
91,250 calls at $0.032 each
- Platform license
- $1,500.00
- Additional call processing61,250 calls x $0.0230
- $1,408.75
- Total each year
Annual Cost Comparison
3,000 calls a day x 365 / 12 = 91,250 each month
File Drop Demo
I made the file drop sequence to show the first part of the product without asking someone to book a demo. A recording moves through transcription and scoring, ending with the details a manager would review.
Recording Intake
Each recording keeps its own review status.
Brand Photography
I built the imagery around the people handling calls and the managers listening back to them. The photography covers the call floor, coaching and individual industries, with navy and red treatments tying it back to the identity.
Animated Slack Emoji
I animated eight versions of the crosshair for the Trinsic Slack workspace. Each one has its own little sequence, from chasing a bug to stamping an approval.
Outdoor Brand Mockups
I made these mockups to see how the identity reads on a billboard, a wall and a shelter. The same crosshair and waveform give the brand a clear shape at each scale.
