The Agent Council / Q1 2026

A C-Suite Agent Framework That Drafts Memos in the Founder's Voice.

Five named agent personas, each modeled on a real exec, all orchestrated through a single Claude Code skill.

// The Concept

Executive decision-making at the company required memos, decision frames, and review notes that matched specific leadership voices. The CEO thinks differently than the CFO. A strategy memo from the CMO perspective needs different framing than one from the CTO. Writing in five different executive voices is slow, and getting the tone wrong means the document gets rewritten.

// The Framework

I built a Claude Code skill that orchestrates five named agent personas, each modeled on a real executive voice: CEO (strategic vision and market positioning), CMO (brand and growth), CTO (technical architecture and risk), CFO (financial modeling and resource allocation), and COO (operations and execution planning).

Each persona has documented communication patterns, decision-making frameworks, and domain-specific terminology. The skill takes a topic or decision prompt and produces documents in the correct voice on the first draft. Used for pre-meeting preparation, strategic memos, decision frame documents, and board update drafts.

The output quality is high enough that documents go from agent output to review to send with minimal editing, dropping pre-meeting preparation time from hours to minutes.

// outcome

Pre-meeting prep dropped from hours to minutes. Decision documents arrive in the right voice on the first draft.
