Multi-year cloud infrastructure operations for a regulated client. The role covers the full operational surface: a cloud function estate handling data synchronization and partner integrations, object storage for file handling and deployments, scheduled jobs running nightly and hourly, and a shared host serving as the backbone for legacy integrations.
Several external partners connect in through their own APIs, authentication schemes, and failure modes.

Part of the ongoing work is modernizing an inherited stack: adding alerting coverage, standardizing deployment pipelines, documenting the architecture, and improving reliability one system at a time.
