Tracking Truth Map / Diagnostic / Written event map
Get the truth about your tracking, in writing.
One document that shows every event you send, where it comes from, and which of your numbers you can actually trust.
// the problem
Shopify and Meta rarely agree, and GA4 usually tells a third story. Under that disagreement is a real set of events firing from pixels, servers, and apps that nobody has ever written down in one place. So every debate about spend turns into a debate about whose number is right. The map settles it. Once you can see where each event originates and where each platform loses the thread, the gaps stop being mysteries and become line items you can fix.
// the promise
Inside 5 business days you have a written map of your whole event layer and a ranked list of the places it is costing you money.
// this is for you if
- You run a Shopify or DTC store and your platforms disagree about revenue
- You already fixed the obvious pixel stuff and the numbers still drift
- You are about to brief an agency or an engineer and want the map before the meeting
- You bought the CAPI Leak Report and want the full picture beyond Meta
// what’s inside
01 / Event inventory

// common questions
How is this different from the $149 CAPI Leak Report?
The Leak Report is a 14 check diagnostic focused on your Meta CAPI setup. What the Truth Map adds is the rest of your event layer: every platform, every event, browser and server both. If the Leak Report told you Meta is missing purchases, the map shows you what the rest of your stack is doing too, in one written document.
What do you need from me?
Your store URL, a list of the platforms you run ads or email on, and read only access where it helps (GTM, GA4, Meta Events Manager). The intake form after checkout walks you through it. If you can only grant part of that, tell me and I will map what is visible and mark the rest.
Is this automated?
No. I read your store and your platforms by hand and write the document myself. Tools help me collect, but the judgment calls about what is broken and what it costs are mine.
What does the document look like?
A written report inside your dashboard: the event map, the risk register with dollar exposure per gap, and the fix order. You can share it with your team or your agency straight from the dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the map does not show you something you did not know about your own stack, email michael@michaeldishmon.com within 14 days of delivery and I will refund you.
My store is not on Shopify. Can you still map it?
Usually yes. The method reads events wherever they fire, so WooCommerce, headless builds, and custom carts all work. Reach out first if your setup is unusual and I will tell you straight whether the map will be useful.
