One-Person Studio OS / Flagship / Full system
The operating system for a one-person AI studio.
Not a course. The actual system for running a solo practice that outships five-person agencies.
// the problem
Most solo operators hit the same ceiling: you are billing time, not selling outcomes. You start every client from scratch. Your pricing is guesswork. You have no repeatable system for scoping, delivery, or client management. The OS is the business architecture that makes the technical stack generate revenue instead of just impressing people.
// the promise
The complete system to run a one-person practice at agency-level output.
// this is for you if
- You are a senior developer, designer, or marketer going independent
- You already have the skills, you need the operating system to monetize them
- You want to run a solo practice without hiring a team
- You have worked through the Operator's Stack and want the business layer

// common questions
Should I start here or at the entry tier?
Start at the entry tier. The OS is built on top of the Operator's Stack, which builds on the DTC Stack Audit. Skipping tiers means skipping context that makes the OS make sense.
When does the OS ship?
The OS launches after the first two tiers validate with real buyers. Joining the waitlist locks your price and puts you first in line.
Is this a course or a system?
It is a system. Not pre-recorded video lectures alone. Production artifacts, templates, code, agent libraries, documents, plus live access. Courses teach concepts. Systems give you the tools to execute.
What if I am not a developer?
The business operations and positioning layers are accessible regardless of technical background. The agent orchestration library requires Claude Code. The code templates require development skills. But the OS is designed for senior operators who specialize in one domain and orchestrate others.
