What if I only want the audit and not the retainer?

That is the most common outcome of the first audit. You get the report and the Loom and the fix list, and you take it from there. The retainer is an option, not a requirement.

Will you actually do the fixes during the audit?

No. The audit is diagnostic. Fixes happen during the retainer or with whoever you hand the report to. Mixing diagnosis and remediation in one engagement is how scope creep eats both.

What do I need to send you?

Shopify admin access (collaborator role), Klaviyo and Meta read access, your GA4 property ID, your Stripe dashboard (read-only), and 3 to 4 screenshots of your hero landing page and key product pages. Full intake list shipped after purchase.

Can you do this for a B2B services or healthcare DTC business?
